Dahod (ST) Charter:

  • Stringent implementation of law on domestic violence
  • Provide joint ownership of land to husband and wife similar to Indira Aavas Yogana, sardar aavash yogana and other aavash yoganas,
  • Provide joint ownership rights of property to women
  • Strengthen the State Women’s Commission.
  • Take strict action should against social, financial and mental exploitation of dalit and adivasi women.
  • Restrict family members of women elected members from making representations on their behalf.
  • Enforcement laws on domestic violence by the state and central women commission
  • Provide equal pay and creche facilities as per the entitlements under NREGA
  • Improve sanitation in villages.
  • Provide equal status to be given to dalit and adivasis for senior citizen yogana, widow pension,chiranjeev yogna, muft musafir yogana, muft kaanoni
