Baramullah Charter:

  1. To provide basic amenities like portable Drinking water,  proper sanitation and electricity to the people.
  2. To made the kink roads to the cut-off villages for the connectivity with the district head quarters.
  3. To extend the employment avenues in the District Baramullah, Bandipora and Kupwara so that the youths of the districts become constructive and not destructive.
  4. Proper utilization of Natural Resources like water resources, forests etc. needs to be ensured.
  5. To save the ‘Wullar Lake’ which is Asia’s biggest lake and is the heritage of the state.
  6. To launch an integrated project for the illiterate and unemployed youths of the districts.
  7. To adopt the modern techniques in local available resources for the creation of employment avenues.
  8. To open child care centers or anganwari centres in far-flung and cut-off areas of the districts for the eradication of child laborers.
  9. To extend the primary health care centers in hilly areas of the districts and to provide trainings to the educated girls regarding maternity health care systems.
  10. To open sufficient schools in the hilly or far-flung areas of the districts and make the available schools accountable and functional.
  11. To implement the Govt. schemes and projects to result oriented by the involvement of local people representation.
