Berhampur charter:

  1. Safe Drinking water to all the families (both rural & urban)
  2. Creation of Employment opportunities for educated youth.
  3. Livelihood support and rehabilitation measures persons with disabilities.
  4. Irrigation facilities to the landholders.
  5. Land to landless.
  6. 200 days employment @ Rs. 100/- per day.
  7. Women empowerment and their development.
  8. Education to children focusing on girl child.
  9. Health facilities at door step.
  10. Special development Plan for Dalits, tribals, & Minority group
